Our studio is based in Karystos, in the southern part of Evia, a landscape that directly shapes the way we design, build, and think about space.

As a family-led architectural practice, we offer a fully integrated service that combines design and construction, allowing us to guide each project from the first idea through to its completion. Our work focuses on private residences and small-scale hospitality projects, primarily across southern Evia and the Athenian region.

Working in this part of Greece requires more than technical expertise. It demands an understanding of terrain, climate, materials, and local building culture. Each project begins with a careful reading of its environment, ensuring that the resulting architecture feels grounded and lasting.

We collaborate with both Greek and international clients, many of whom are managing their projects from abroad. Navigating local regulations, permitting processes, and construction logistics can be complex. Our role is to bring clarity, structure, and reliability throughout the entire journey.

Because we are involved in both design and construction, we are able to maintain a high level of control over quality, cost, and execution. Decisions are not abstract; they are tested and refined through actual building experience.
