We work between Athens and Karystos, in southern Evia — two entirely different landscapes, urban and natural, that directly shape the way we design and build.

As a family-run architectural practice, we combine design with construction, guiding each project from initial concept to completion. We focus on private residences and small-scale hospitality projects in Athens, southern Evia, and the wider Attica region.

Our presence in both of these places allows us to develop a deep understanding of both the urban fabric of Athens and the climate, landscape, and building tradition of Evia. Every project begins with a careful reading of its surroundings, so that the resulting architecture is meaningfully integrated and timeless.

We work with both Greek and international clients, ensuring clarity and reliability at every stage — from permitting through construction. Our involvement in both design and construction allows us to maintain a high level of control over quality, cost, and execution.

Our goal is the creation of spaces that are carefully studied, well built, and meaningfully connected to the place they belong to — whether that place is the city or nature.
